You might say summer is for the birds, the hummingbirds. Sedona photographer Paula Potter provided the reference image and inspiration for my oil painting interpretation, Banquet Time painted to enter the Hummingbird Society summer juried show at the Sedona Art Center.
My print experience is positive on canvas: glossy finish canvas looks like the original oil painting or a canvas matte finish, no surface shine.
If printed on paper you will see the texture of the oil painting canvas on the printed image. The paper I prefer is Picture Rag.
