As part of my quest to capture the vanishing landscape during one of my back road trips through Texas, I stumbled on this old fence post and barn structure.
The focus of this watercolor composition is the fence post and the way it appeared in front of the barn which creates a since of distance. Liked the flowers in the foreground around the fence post; the way the barn and flowers were backlit by the sun.

My print experience is positive, on both Picture Rag paper or canvas which I love - no glass, no reflections. My watercolor technique looks wonderful on canvas; either glossy finish, it looks like an oil painting or a canvas matte finish, no surface shine.
