Majestic Raptor Red-tail Hawk metal print by Mary Dove. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This is the Hawk in need of a bud; therefore, the Bald Eagle came on the scene. Enjoy both of these American Icons.
My printing experience for this image is positive, on both 100% rag paper (I prefer Picture Rag) or canvas - the Oil Pastels paintings and Watercolors (because of my WC technique) look wonderful on canvas either gloss canvas, to look like an Oil Painting or a canvas matte finish, has no surface shine.
